Guerilla gardening, anyone?

Wildflower seeds are good because they need nothing else - Just poor soil ( a crack or a tree planter or a bit of waste land) a bit of water and someone wanting to sow them.

Flower bombs are pretty popular here... where it rains 10 mo a year.

Weed. Noun. A plant that has mastered every art of survival... except for how to grow in straight lines

I occasionally get a bit uppity and include Asiatic poppies in the mix. Not concentrated enough to tempt people to start milking them, but because I’d rather they didn’t die out (zombie apocalypse) when they’re so durn useful. And self propagating plants like poppies have no excuse, except human interference.

well- I adore asiatic poppies ( I love all poppies tbh) and grow them at home too.

this is the first house I’ve lived in where poppies don’t want to grow. Yet - corn poppies grow in other peoples field’s locally. .
