First time for everything, right. Just got the label of C-PTSD. Wish to chat with like. vicky

Was abused every which way when I was very young, only remember some of it. Cut one of my meds (Abilify) in half because of side effects and ended back in to therapy. Dissociated. Anyone out there dissociate?
