Yes, I have, but I had to really hold fast to not putting up with BS. I used to be a perfectionist, overachieving, control freak. Cut all that shit out completely, and just focus on the process with the eye on the ball. I am a lot more solid of a human being, am healthier at all levels, and more creative and productive than before.

I do get triggered, I still have nightmares at times. But life is so much better now that I have cut out the bullshit, and stuck with it.
