She happens to look like my mother too. They have the same hair style and hair color and the same eyes. Thanks to both of you.

This reminds me of that metaphor - how my life always ends up being my exposure therapy. :unsure:

I analysed my psyche and wrote about in my trauma diary. Still don't know what I'll do about it tomorrow. But now I seem to know a bit more what is going on in my head. :confused:

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. Changing therapists is always very difficult.

From everything you said, including the fact that she looks like your mother, I would strongly suggest seeking another T.

It sounds like the difficulty lies in the fact you're dealing with the restraints and limitations of the system. :rolleyes: Since you already filled out the insurance paperwork, if possible make a few phone calls and get a good idea of what your options are. And then, the same way you found her just start looking for another one. (The sooner the better)

And I'm sorry you've had to deal with this bad experience on top of everything else.

But I know from moving a lot that it takes time to get the right medical team in place after a move to a new city. Just keep making adjustments as needed, eventually the right doctors will fall in place.
