Having Repeated Flashbacks

I have flashbacks enough but I keep having flashbacks to the fight me and my father had. He always make up stuff to call around and tell people. He boost up nothing but drama, add his own version and it be different everytime. I have flashbacks alllll the time.

Not surprising with trauma. Work through it and realize he's a jerk. Chances are the people he's talking to already know he lives in a fantasy land of his own making. If it makes you feel better, half the time they're probably rolling their eyes inwardly. :P
