Is it the seriousness of the conversation that surprises you he hasn't called? I'm wondering about having serious conversations with a stranger. Perhaps more light hearted conversations are better getting to know someone outside a nightclub? And the serious stuff saved for someone you know a bit better and know they can be a trusted with the serious stuff.
I don't think I would phone someone if I have serious conversations from the get go. But then I prob wouldn't ask for their number either if I knew I wasn't going to phone them.
