Ive lost a sense of connection with what I am doing to keep healthy. nothing crazy is going on, I just feel I am going in the wrong direction. I like a workout routine and I dont really have one right now. I need to organize a few things on paper as far as scheduling goes and what can I really commit to. I cant afford a trainer, which is helpful because they keep track of stuff for me. My eating has been improving. I wanted to run the other day and then the next day but I didnt go. Ive been keeping active, but I like challenge. Does anyone want to do a workout challenge with me???
Same here. Just watch what oils it's diluted with. I have seen all kinds of oils used (grape, avocado, etc). Here in the great white north MCT is the most common because it's low likelihood of allergic reaction.
