Hello - Fighting PTSD 4 Years Now

Hello, I have looked at these forums a few times but never taken the plunge until now. I've been fighting with PTSD for 4 years now. Its good to hear other peoples views on the subject. Its brushed under the carpet way to much, particularly in the UK it seems.
