I will set this out to everyone... as the administrator of PTSD Forum, I have the divine right by law to accept or reject any members registration upon this site. It's called the freedom of choice. Every member has the same right, the same freedom of choice to abide by the terms set, or don't. If you create a blog, you have the right of freedom for choice to allow a comment, delete it, ban a person from further comment, and so forth. All your choice!
These laws have been tested time and again in courts globally, all coming out with the same conclusion.
The rules are simple, they're strict and they're legally enforceable upon this website. They're not up for debate, there aren't provisions for anyone because they can't abide by them, no exceptions. The disabilities and discrimination act is quite clear about website access, and PTSD Forum meets those provisions for the visually impaired and disabled to use a screen reader / text to type (disability approved) software (speech to type). I know, because there are people here who use disability approved software to type and read here.
Again, there are zero exceptions to the rules. If you're disabled or impaired to type and meet basic grammar, then purchase a disability approved software to assist you, which will write pretty much grammatically perfect English.
