Hello *waves, Newbie*

Hi there,

I've been lurking here for many many months and thought I'd finally delurk an introduce myself. I am Arctic. I have PTSD from a mva 18 months ago, as well as a whole laundry list of other issues that come with PTSD.

I'm in therapy 1x a week, and dealing through this nasty PSTD beast.

Welcome to the PTSD Forum. I am glad you felt comfortable enough to register. I think this is one of the hardest steps, but it can also be one of the best. The support here is amazing, and it definitely helps with recovery.
