Hello, I'm here in a frustrated state I'm afraid. I am having a incredibly difficult time as I have survived extreme torture, sadistic sexual and physical abuse, homelessness, nearly being murdered, and suicide. Yes, I know it seems like quite a bit to believe. I wish I could forget about it. I'm having a difficult time finding some other individual out there who has experienced extreme abuse and maybe has some advice. Sorry for the morose rant. I figured I would get straight to the point.

Maybe start by just reading some of the other posts around the forum. If your a bit unsure about posting and joining at first, look at the Chit Chat section, where there is a lot of light hearted fun stuff.
