Just wanted to introduce myself.
I am a 36 year old male, married, with 2 children. I am medically retired from the U.S. Army after serving 8 years and performing 3 tours to Iraq. I was first diagnosed with PTSD in March of 2004 after returning from my first deployment.
Among the many things I have had to cope with, I have experienced anxiety, depression, panic attacks, flashbacks, avoidance of crowded areas, suspicious/paranoid type behavior. I come to you mainly to learn what I can from you and maybe share what I can to help you with similar related issues.
Thank you in advance.
