Hi everyone.

My name is Ashley (you can just call me Ash). I am 27 years old. I have a history of sexual abuse by my brother and I was sexually assualted by my best friend when I was 15. I am currently in therapy and living life. I work as a Paramedic for the county ambulance service. When I am not working I enjoy photography, hiking, and reading.

I came here to maybe help with coming out about the assualt and the abuse. I tend to keep it locked inside so please understand if I don't jump right in and talk about what happened. I really don't know what else to say. If you have any questions let me know. Thanks

Great!!! That is what I like to hear. Yes you are in therapy but 'living life' at the same time is something that tends to get forgotten.

Thanks! I am living life but I too have my bad days. I struggle with mental illness that can sometimes be hard.
