Just new to this trying to get myself back on track on new meds and have high hopes.

Well thot Id find my way to one of these forums again and see if this helps in anyway, started new meds a couple of weeks ago feeling somewhat relaxed and normal for a change. I have been using alcohol and drugs the past 4 years to deal with the agony of coming forward to the police and disclosing the most secretive parts of my life to them. Its a long and tiring eventful couple of years but I am struggling on.

We are a friendly bunch but as we are international you will find we are all on at different times of day - and night!
