Hey, well Ive been home from Afghanistan for about 4 months. I don't really know what else to put here other than I don't know how to adjust... I'm usually a pretty private person so I don't really know how to put into words what's bothering me but hopefully this site will help me to explain things better. It's frustrating as hell being home.

Gidday Kevin, welcome to the forum mate. To be honest with you, I hope you are only having adjustment issues and that you can bounce back, but that can be hard too. It's really too early to say, but have you been diagnosed yet??
If not, there is hope. Get yourself into therapy and accept medication if they offer it. It will all help, even if it's a temporary fix. If you have been diagnosed though, how can we help?????
