Don't want to steal anyone's thread. Bit of cold turkey, bit feeling sorry for myself, mates going through hell at the moment in hospital (secure type !) and readjustment to ex mil life has taken its toll.
Normal life of PTSD I suppose :)

Lee cocker, if he`s on a secure ward, do him a big favour and get people in to visit him every day,

The Secure ward I was on drove me up the f*cking wall, As a fairly normal "Mental Health" patient amongst realy f*cked Mentaly instable people is a major clusterf*ck for our own Helath.

As for the rest cocker, welcome to the jungle, I still haven`t adjusted to civvie life, and Ihave been out allmost 20years.
