Hi everyone my story is begin at a chilhood
When i was abused at little age so now at my 20yeara old i try to fight my demons im depressed and i have anxiety i try to control my emotion but its so hard .. some days are better some not so good but i try to uninstal these moments when i was child so one time i was better 1 week i uninstall all these things but now come back again has someone something trick to control your thoughts ;; thanks for listening
 
Welcome to the forum - sorry about your depression.

Do you have a therapist/done any therapy? CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) is a good place to start, and most psychologists can guide you through the basics.

I also found ACT therapy incredibly helpful for managing my depression.
 
Your therapist should teach you techniques to ground yourself and stop flasbacks.
I use butterfly taps when I feel overwhelmed and need to calm down.
Also, having a worry moment (I think about my trauma purposefully for ten minutes and write down my thoughts) has helped to reduce flashbacks. It’s something I think you should discuss with your therapist first because it can make you feel worse if the time is too long for you.
