Help me keep my wonderful little spark of hope from snuffing itself out. Not depressed, just uh. I don't know? Having to deal with a lot at once.

I have not a clue if I'm manic or not, but I feel like maybe it's toned down from yesterday. I really hope.

Still at home. Not fleeing yet. Not leaving town. I have a list of things to get done today.

Mainly just stuff to do with finishing my disability paperwork, but it's broken down into even including shit like eating, drinking water, taking a breather, relaxing, etc.

So, dummy-proof. If all of it gets done, then I did a good job even if I'm manic.
 
I don't know if you are manic/squirrel mode or not. :)

If it feels more comfortable than yesterday and your thoughts are not racing than maybe you are evening out. Go gently into it and keep monitoring yourself and listening to those that you can trust around you.

Except for future proofing yourself for safety, meds and general well being... you are fine.

You certainly write very well when you are feeling like you were and you get heaps of things done! :)
