There are many sufferers and supporters here, and you can get a lot of useful advice here :) Welcome again and sending some hugs your way.

I recommend to check out the supporters section of the forum a bit, and the sufferers also a bit, as to understand the symptoms better. :) Glad you are willing to learn more.
