I've had small flashbacks but the other day I had one that has left me reeling. I was in the airport I knew it I could see the people but all I could hear was my ex-husband's voice. Is that normal

Normal to have different degrees of flashbacks & different degrees of how badly they affect you, or not? Yep. For me at least, that's totally normal.

Yep, that is normal, when I hear other people I can often hear the voice of my ex too, either by people that have a similar laugh, use similar phrases, same body language, same threatening stare, same angry eye slit behaviors that he used to use.
Such predators instead of getting angry at the things that go wrong will get angry at the person in front of them.
