Diagnosed with ptsd december 2013 prettynew dianosis so I am just beginning to lesrn how to cope

Welcome brother. take some time and scroll through past threads. You'll see a lot of info that will remind you of your own situation. I caught myself thinking "Shit, I thought I was the only one who did that" several times. You don't say where you're from. This is a pretty international group as you'll soon see.
 
Welcome Justin. I was diagnosed in 2012 and still coming to grips with what it all means. It will be a roller coaster ride and we all are here to help you through the sticky points. It would be nice to know country and branch of service to allow us to give you better advice.
