I've been a member for a few months but not posted and am a bit shy and afraid I think sometimes. I have delayed onset PTSD which started 3 years ago this coming February. It is good to be here and I am thankful this forum exists.

Welcome Ruedec! I'm glad you are facing your fear and shyness and coming out of your shell and introducing yourself! I'm also new to this forum and I've been welcomed and have befriended some people. It's a great place. I'm sure you will get the support you need. :)
