Hi I'm vickie and I'm 26 from the north of England. I'm here because I'm really struggling with nightmares and flashbacks. I have no one to talk to about them and the mental health team just don't seem to acknowledge my PTSD and consent rate more on my BPD. I just feel like this is it and life can't get better. I've been sectioned on many occasions for either feeling suicidal or making serious attempt. I want some hope and that is why I am here.

I'm not sure. I don't have a therapist but I have a mental health nurse.

Hi Vickie, I hope you find some help and comfort here. I understand what you're going through with all you wrote as I've been through the same. Have you tried looking for a therapist who deals with ptsd? I struggled for years dealing with a mental health team who seemed to ignore my ptsd before I found a therapist I connected with. xxx

Welcome to the site Vickie, I'm sure you will get all the help and support that you need from the good folk on here.

I know I did, in fact this site has been responsible for all the progress that I've made in the past few months, as I'm not receiving help from any other source.
