I signed up today after using this site in the past to learn more about PTSD and how to support someone with PTSD. I was familiar with PTSD but this site has been very eye opening. I’m in a long distance relationship…
I think…with someone with PTSD and I would like to help and support him as much as I can.

Welcome, I'm a supporter in a long distance relationship too. This forum is a godsend for me. It's like a lifeline. There's not enough information to read online and there's nobody to talk to. This forum is the best place for me to ask questions and get opinions which really help me cope.
