Hey everyone. I've decided to join this forum for various reasons. The first one being that talking to others about the anxiety and depression I've had to deal with can really validate the inner struggle. The second reason is that I want to reach out to other people with similar struggles and connect, as well as create, new ways of expressing our perspective on life and experiences. The last reason is more of an academic choice. I'm in a health class at my college, and we had a service learning project to accomplish. It entailed interacting with other people in a positive way to promote good mental, physical, or spiritual well-being. I hope to gain more stability in my life through becoming a member here, and I welcome any conversation.
