Hi - New Here

Hi,
My name is Crystal, I'm 48 years old. I live in upstate NY ( not the upper part of the state but more near lake ontario). I have lived in this area my entire life. I have no children and am single, always have been single.

I have had PTSD since the age of 10 when I was sexually assulted by a family friend. Have tried desperately to find the 'right' kind of help in this area but nothing has really worked so far. I joined this forum for support and ideas that might be helpful to me. My goal is to heal from the traumal I've been through.

Creative text means, colour, font type, size, etc... there is zero requirement to change them in any forum here except Chit Chat forum... where personal expression with text is allowed.

Its annoying and distracting to read, and your readers are those with traumatized brains.
