Hi guys, my name is Lucy and I’m new to this forum. I’ve been suffering with PTSD my whole life but only received an official diagnosis around February 2018. I want to understand my PTSD more by posting on here and hopefully can maybe help some of you too. I hope you’re all doing well today <3
