Homewood Guelph Ontario

Just wondering if anyone has been to Homewood and can share information about the PTSD program and\or stories. My psychiatrist thinks I need more in hands on therapy then 50 min counselling once a week.
Would greatly appreciate if anyone is willing to share.

Hey soulsearcher. I have looked into the admission process for Homewood myself (also from Ontario), but it wouldn't fit with my situation as a mom. I thought the place sounded great though and highly specialized. I would have entered the program if I could have.

I have no knowledge about that but *hugs* from London! We have a traumatic stress service you may wish to look up

Homewood has great programs. I don't know about this particular one but their eating disorder and their addiction programs are outstanding, from what I hear. They don't just look at the sufferer but help the family - the family learn. My Al-anon group has many family members that extol the virtues of it. I live in the area.
