f*ck me, it gets complicated when disorders intersect.
I have different comorbids than you, but the similarity is in the intersect. It’s tremendous, that little exponent number next to a number. Squared. Cubed. It’s a difficult damn thing to deal with. Both pure/simply AND because that’s not the normal experience for either group.
It can feel/be incredibly isolating, unless you get lucky.
I’ve gotten lucky, a few times now, which just underscores how baaaaadly things went, without. Which was more than a few times.
I’ve learned to ignore/move past the times I’m unlucky. That takes a helluva lotta misfires. But it does become easier to recognise & shrug off.
