I'm trying but I have to make this place feeling mine if I want to actually being able to rest

Actually busy making myself a home

I had a bad nightmare this night but since I so used to nightmare I only mention it because it was harder than usual.
At awake time I was able to remember it fortunately I rapidly forget it. I still have a upsetting sensation inside but no idea what was my dream about.

Technically all the dreams I remember are nightmare but I had hard time to identify them as such because they usually don't trouble me after. Also I do them 3 times a week so it's just regular dreams for me at this point

Also now i worry they're not nightmare and I don't actually have PTSD so I'm a liar

Well I have things to do this morning so shower then looking what I need to do or buy today

someone said I was lucky. It wasn't about my life but it still making feel horrible

In the association thread I wanted to add surgery after heart but I decided against it for mood reasons
