How do we overcome our problems (PTSD and bipolar)

Great plan. (says the man from his man cave) My wife is in her office/girl cave right now as she is working from home. It's a great place for her. She is using the third bedroom in the house and has it done up just for herself.

I think its awesome. Without my space some days I would be in far worse shape than I am. Make your space !!
