Hike. That's all I do anymore. I'd like to change that.

I do canoe on rare occasion and when it's hot enough I swim.

For me music and dancing are my fun outlets. I go out at least twice a week to the goth clubs. I've made many new friends who have similar interests and are nonjudgmental about my ptsd. Actually several others in the subculture also have it and we offer each other strength. Other night I put on something that speaks to my soul and just lay down and let the music carry me away.

Things that I do to be silly. Buy Jumbo pencils! Incidentally, the larger size has made drawing and writing less freaky. It is comforting to have the greater surface area to grip, and the lead tip is sturdy. Play with marbles. I think I am going to find a giant bucket, fill it with water and play with some water toys. On the topic of music, funk!
