Hi Romeo88_88;
In response to your enquiry, this site is rich with information related to what individuals have tried regards healing / their PTSD. My list includes CBT, EMDR, Exposure Therapy, Group Therapy, Peer Support (like this site), Psychosocial Education Sessions, and Hypnotism. There are adjunct therapies like Acupuncture, Reiki, Energy Medicine, Massage, Healing Touch, Yoga, Meditation, and Craniosacral Massage. In addition there is the role of medication and homeopathy. And of course don't forget Self Help books. It's important not to over look the role of diet, food additives, caffeine, and, exercise. The list is endless. The important thing is to find the approach, or combination of approaches, that works for you. What works for me might not suit you. This is what makes PTSD so individual. I hope this is what you were looking for.
