When the upgrade is conducted, the article section will be the first to be rolled out. That will appear and be public. The forum will then be installed, imported and sent live. The forum will be visible though not able to be accessed.
As everything is completed with the forum, the forum will get turned on for full access.
Fine tuning will then be completed once members are back on the site and obtaining your feedback.
