Start by documenting her behavior, record as much factual information as possible (not your own fears or speculations). Also, contact agencies in your area that can assist the elderly, especially those with dementia. Then, find a way to have her health evaluated by a doctor familiar with dementia, don't forget to include your factual documentation.
If you believe she is an imminent risk to herself (harm/suicide) or to others (assault/homicide), call 911. Law enforcement and EMS will be able to provide some immediate assistance, including holding her under the mental health act for a psych evaluation.
You can also go to a women's shelter, if you feel you and the baby aren't safe. Even if you can't stay long, it will give you and the baby a break and some safety.
