My son mentioned getting a book or two, but our local book store closed. I offered to take him to a book store farther away to get it. I don't usually do this because I don't drive often due to my illness. Plus I'm not big on leaving the house. Instead I pushed myself and offered to take him. At first he wasn't going to take me up on the offer, but he did. It was a nice car ride for the both of us. He bought the books he wanted and we headed home.

Even my husband was happy I got out of the house!

I am being generous and kind as well as thoughtful without giving myself away. This is a good practice for me.

It started out shaky and it is getting better. I hope it will be a good day for the both of us. I hope we do not have to pay for our taxes. I hope the day goes smoothly.

I'm really really really not having a good day today. I was walking to class during a "rush hour" class change time (trigger 1) when I saw, in full ROTC uniform (trigger 2), my rapist (trigger 3). I was beyond anxious throughout class and the guys next to me were being obnoxious and people kept looking over and I just really wanted to run out screaming. I want to just go back to bed but I have 2 more hours of class today. :cry:

Today I have had a snuggle, considered boundaries and stuck to them, meditated for half an hour, ate some breakfast and spent some time on the internet.

It started out shaky and then smoothed out and now it is rocky. I cannot stand the silence. My husbands feelings are hurt because I bought myself some beer and am drinking two bottles of it. I hope tommorow is a better day.

I am doing really well in terms of managing things. I am looking forward to going home now. I have had a lovely time, but I need some time on my own.

I managed a rather intense social occasion yesterday. I provided food and was the hostess with the mostest. It went very well. They all felt very comfortable and we had a good time together.

I got some bad news and feel sucker punched and am shell shocked. The upside was that I cried really hard and I never cry.

Today I did my best preparing records for two important medical appt.'s. There were many logistics to figure out and carry through before and after. All around, I did rather well and am pleased with my new PCP. :tup:

I am balancing a wide range of needs. I am managing well.

spent in voluntary solitary- finding it relaxing having no obligations for two days. :) Grateful for not having anxiety from hell!
