How's Your Day Been? Each Day is Different, So Make Your Mark Daily

My day has been so wonderful. Even the weather is warm and I have the big window open. I am enjoying these last warm days we are having.

I woke up at 5am and didn't get up until 6am. I just tried to be present in my bedroom. I have been to remove green waste to the recyclers. I have spent some time with B. I have tended to Bluegirl the dog. I have been proactive.

I spent most of day being in awe of gratitude as yesterday was beautiful day for me. This is mark of my day. :)

Disco danced and thought good thoughts! I choose my own thinking.

It started out bumpy panic attack this morning but I got over that and am having a pretty mellow day now. My spirits have been lifted up and I am so happy about that because yesterday was one of those horrible bad days.

My day is full of physical activity and accomplishing goals. It is a great day.

I managed to walk 1 mile today the furthest I have waled in almost 2 years. Hope I dont pay for it tomorrow.

I went for a walk with my husband and dogs. I got to call how far we went. That helped relieve some of the anxiety I have about walking. I did well. My husband thanked me for walking. I don't do it often. The girls were happy I went.

@Briit.f7 is GREAT for the anxiety. I find it immensely helpful.

My day has been good. Though a little emotional? (not the right word) Papa Bear went off to respite and I packed his bag with B. We have got it down pat now. It is good.

Challenging day dental surgery, recovering well.
