Hey, I also had really bad nightmares and flashbacks. Talk therapy didn't really help me. I did trauma writing therapy (an app called Detrauma). It's very structured and focused, I wrote specifically about the memory that was coming up over and over in the nightmares. The app guides you through how to do it. It really worked for me. Worth a try!
