Anyone ever had success trying to undo the effects of hypnosis?

How did you go about it (preferably not further hypnosis)? Is it possible to undo the things that were suggested to you under hypnosis if you only have a sketchy idea about what you were hypnotised for?

I think Hypnosis is a very interesting topic and individuals who are capable of putting you under such influences can indeed hurt you in a very short amount of time. Had a very powerful and negative experience with a predator who attempted to use such influences. I find that whole area very distressing. Went to one of those standup comedy shows in town and it showed all of these people that were hypnotized, behaved completely idiotic, did the weirdest stuff until the hypnotist took them out of it.

Wholy crap, that is totally weird.
