Today I passed my restricted drivers practical test with only 1 mistake (i.e. got 99% marks in my driving test :) ). I couldn't have done it without the help of few people in my life and the credit goes to my mum for being there for me always despite me giving her hard time with my emotions (she's been through similar hell as me), to my driving instructor who was strict on me, did teach me how to face my fears and to my brother who was encouraging me not to give up and last but not least - to the friends on this forum who have been supportive to me.
There are two more people I am thankful to and they are:
1. My Psychiatrist, he's the best health professional I have met so far in my life. He is not bombarding me with synthetic medication or overdosing me with antidepressants. He is working patiently with me to get to the root of my depressive problems and he is giving me mostly natural medication. He does the tests very carefully before giving me any medication and I am grateful to have him treat me for the last 6 months.
2. My T, she's the most awesome, nice and kind person I have met. She has helped me directing to my psychiatrist, arranged further funded therapy, has listened to me when i was crying, helped and provided me with some great resources for self-care and also tried helping me with my job seeking.
I am very grateful to all these people and I believe I wouldn't be feeling as good as I am today. Thanks to everyone who has been part of my life, tolerated me at my worst, been there for my low and high times of life. I know that words are not enough to show gratitude. :)
