I am of sound mind just so long as the fool in that over-sized, muffler-less, tracker-wheel sized, rusty truck decides to not use my bumper as his own personal docking station and finally figures out that "no!", I'm not going to speed it up just because he wants to risk getting a ticket in the school zone.
