Did you ever try or are you able to seek out EMDR therapy? If you are not familiar, definitely google it to see if it is available in your area. It is a beautiful and calming way to assist in coping with your trauma and all of the heavy emotion that you are understandably feeling. Much peace and healing to you!!

Nothing. I don't know you obviously, but there is nothing that anyone could do to deserve something so terrible. I am so sorry about how you are suffering from the memory of what happened to you. It sounds absolutely horrible and I hope you will get the help you need to process the trauma. The sooner, the better. It probably doesn't help to know this, but anyone would be feeling the same under those circumstances. It isn't about you.

I am so sorry on your behalf for these horrible actions you had to survive and so angry on your behalf that you had to survive such things from such shitty no good for nothing piece of shit people.

You dont belong to anyone else then your self. As sun seeker says its normal to feel like you do under these circumstances. You need time to heal I wonder if there is any possiblity for you to move away from where you live to a place that would feel safer?

I hope you take as much care as possible cause you are so much more worth then to let this awefullness bring you down on a long term. Take your time. Be patient with yourself and accept how angry, hopless, scared and so forth you must feel.
