Thanks so much for the well wishes everyone!!!

We are back from honeymoon in Mozambique and Botswana, it was interesting, to say the least. As we were a day away from the beach resort in Mozambique, someone called us and told us they had just declared bankruptcy. We had already paid in full but can't expect a refund. So that money is gone. We had to book in at a new resort and pay again.

Mozambique is spectacularly beautiful but incredibly corrupt. I got so f'ing angry at the border crossing. I had to "buy a visa." Fine, no problem. The board said, "US passports - $80." I gave them $80 in $20 bills. Then they said, no, it's actually $82. I gave them $100 (I only had $20 bills from the Forex). The official said that he can't take the bills, they are too old, they have to be after 2009. After about 3 trips back and forth to Forex at the border I finally had crisp dollar bills. Then the c*unt said no, they don't have change for $100. I was ready to throttle the little f*cker. Eventually I said (grinding my teeth all the way), fine, keep the f*cking change and stamp my passport! Whatever! So he counted out exactly $18 in change out of his drawer (the change he claimed he did not have) and put it in his own pocket right in front of me. I was so spitting angry but there was nothing I could do.

Its a beautifull place as a visitor, mind you my mate was in the French Foreign Legion and has a few issues now, think thats why we get on ! He didn't go full term and was Inf previous with the regulars.
