and that everyone seems to have that name

in the street. on tv. on the radio, when I'm reading online news, this name seems to be everywhere and it's really stressing me out

I know that not all people with this name are bad, but it is really making me feel distressed

Sounds like this name is a trigger. How do you work through other triggers and can you apply that to this?

Or is there a way of reclaiming the name?
