I also listen to "The Mindful Way Through Depression" which is available on youtube with the full audiobook being able to be listened to. It is great for all those distorted thoughts that depression gives you.
 
I did the Burn's Depression Checklist previously as recorded here and I was in extreme depression when I first did it, then I came down to severe depression! I was so proud of my self at that point!

Well you can imagine how blown away I was today to do the Burn's Depression Checklist and I find now that I am Moderately Depressed Now! WOW!

Such progress! I didn't realise how much I had progressed. I knew I was making headway, but WOW!

It is quite the achievement for me. When I started 70 or 80% of my thinking was distorted as I grew up being abused from a very young age. I have a severe attachment disorder on top of the PTSD and the Complex Trauma. So it is literally about creating new and never before used neural pathways in my brain.
