I realize that I don't have to stay locked into old, outworn habits and thought patterns if I choose not to.

I realize that if I feel like I am going crazy, something untowards is happening to me from another, even though I am unsure of what it is. I realize I am beginning to trust my gut feelings.

I realize that these days rarely are things as dire as they sometimes seem. I realize there is room for change, and I have the ability to use my voice to ask for support and changes to be made if necessary. I realize I can self-advocate.

I realize that I am still very much heartbroken over the loss of my mom (who passed in April) and that likely, I always will be...

but I also realize it doesn't always have to be such a sad thing; it can be a testament of my love for her; as there were many happy times to remember and to celebrate as well.

LOL :p She fed me carrots till I turned yellow :) when I was very young because I liked them really well....doctor said for her to cut back on em, that she was feeding me too many. :D:happy:
