I need the structure provided by practicing healthy thinking and decision making, and by practicing healthy behaviors in order to move forward in a healthier way with this life. I'm really inconsistent in all three areas and want to at least improve the effort even if I don't feel well or capable, it's time to work on the "work-arounds" again. Something is better than nothing. (I'm putting perfection/all-or-nothing in the corner with this. She and Baby can play checkers.)
I find comfort in books. Not even necessarily reading them. I find myself carrying a book in my bag or keeping them near me in every room on the house or on my desk at work. Idk why just knowing they are there is comforting.
I can let go a lot more than I used to be able to.
Feels good.
I'm aware it's a good bit down to my life situation being a lot less desperate than it was.
Grateful.
