I realise that I get overwhelmed too easily and I need to work on minimising this. I realise it is to do with many factors, some of which are in my control, some aren't. I'm making progress.

I realize that not everyone thinks or behaves the same way that I do and that is okay, it is the differences the keep life interesting. I fully support others freedom to agree or disagree with my opinions and beliefs...as long as they do what I say. (I am just kidding here)!!!I ;):tup::D hahahaha but seriously I think it is okay to disagree as long as we respect one another rights.

I have realized that I have to hang onto hope and work the solutions and not the problems. I have to have hope today and I will fight to have hope.

I realize that I have made huge progress in the field of getting people to respect my boundaries.
My anger serves me well that way and tells me that sometimes it's okay to tell people off.

But I also realize that it is exactly this same anger which causes me to see everyone as a potential enemy.
Particularly people who already annoy me in some way or try to tell me what to do.

I realise that just within the space of a week my anxiety about driving has decreased considerably. So glad now that I pushed myself to do that long drive.:)
