I realize that I do not want therapy right now, but people who have been through (and are still going through) similar things. With that, I also realize that I have no idea how to open up.

When I opened a large box from my ex and everything had been shattered, broken or torn... I realized how unsound he was to spend over a hundred dollars on this size box to let me know that he broke my heirlooms. I did cry, so I guess he got his money's worth...but I am always taken aback by cruelty.

I realize...I need to let go of believing in the best of those whom prove otherwise.
