Supporter I Think My Ex Has Ptsd

I really don't have anybody to really talk to about ptsd, so I'm just hoping to find some answers or at least maybe a little understanding.

Why do you think they do? PTSD really should not be self diagnosed, as that gets a bit dangerous mentally.

The supporters section and the 'sticky' threads are a great place to start.
